Before you commit
Can I change tiers later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings. Changes take effect on your next billing date, and you keep full access at your current tier until then.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It’s deleted — your chart and reading history. You can export anything you’d like to keep from the My Data tab in your account before you go. Your data stays yours.
Is this scientifically credible?
The planetary positions come straight from NASA’s JPL Horizons system — the same source astronomers and space missions use. The interpretation is where the spiritual wisdom comes in; the underlying numbers are as accurate as astronomy gets.
What if I don’t know my exact birth time?
You can still use the platform. Birth time sharpens your Rising sign and house placements; anything affected by an unknown time is flagged so you know what’s impacted. You can add it later.
